The President and CEO of the SMB-Winning consortium, Sun Xiushun, proceeded with the delivery of certificates to the 5th class of executives of the Public Administration whose training runs from January 2020 to June 2022. The certificates were granted to ten fellows from the Ministry of Territorial Administration, Agriculture and Livestock, Fisheries and Environment.
The executives of the Public Administration, all aged between 25 and 40 years old, benefited from capacity building in leadership, particularly in the areas of governance and economic development.
Addressing the Minister of Labor and Civil Service, Sun Xiushun said that he intends to award 100 scholarships to 10 classes of public administration executives.
“We will continue this training program in order to transfer more expertise, know-how of Singapore’s model of public governance in Guinea to create a new friendship between Guinea and Singapore,” he added…
